Sahil Goyal, the brother of Pune murder suspect Siya Goyal, stated that she was “confused” about her purported partner, Chetan Chaudhary, and that she “wanted to marry” realtor Ketan Agarwal. Siya and Chetan are charged with killing her fiancé, Ketan, on June 18 at Pune’s Lohagad Fort.
Although Siya’s marriage to Ketan Agarwal was set in stone, the police claim that Siya and Chetan did it because they wanted to get married.
Reports state that Sahil Goyal, Siya’s brother, was aware of her relationship with Chetan Chaudhary because he introduced them.
Sahil broke his silence on the matter, claiming that because his sister had told him she intended to wed Ketan, he had never told his parents about their relationship.Siya told me that she didn’t want anything to do with Chetan and that she wanted to live her entire life with Ketan. There was nothing between them, she told me. She made a lifelong vow to never speak to Chetan and to only wed Ketan. In an interview with NewsDotz, Sahil stated, “I did not tell anyone about Siya and Chetan.”
