Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster sequel Dhurandhar: The Revenge has achieved a remarkable milestone, crossing the Rs 600 crore mark (net) in India within its first week of release. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film’s domestic collection stands at Rs 623.42 crore (net) and Rs 744.58 crore (gross) after seven days. The overseas box office continues to grow, adding approximately Rs 261.92 crore, bringing the worldwide total to over Rs 1,006.50 crore.

Box Office Breakdown

On Wednesday, Dhurandhar 2 experienced a slight decline, earning Rs 47.70 crore. The Hindi version contributed Rs 44 crore, with the Telugu version adding Rs 2.50 crore to the tally.

The film launched strongly during its extended opening weekend, earning Rs 102.55 crore on March 19. The following days saw collections of Rs 80.72 crore on March 20, Rs 113 crore on March 21, and Rs 114.85 crore on March 22, when it was screened across 21,633 shows in India.

However, the first Monday saw a dip in earnings, with collections dropping to Rs 65 crore, followed by Rs 56.55 crore on March 24.

Overseas Performance

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted Dhurandhar 2’s impressive overseas run, noting record-breaking figures in the UK. The film has amassed around Rs 251.90 crore from international markets so far.

Comparison with Pushpa 2

Within just seven days, Dhurandhar 2 entered the Rs 1,000 crore global gross club — a feat recently matched by Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. However, Dhurandhar 2 is currently leading, having surpassed Pushpa 2’s first-week Hindi net collection of Rs 425 crore.

The film’s success is attributed to its strong performance in mass circuits and high urban occupancy, creating a significant impact at the ticket counters.
