Varun Tej’s ‘Bhari’ Is Niharika Konidela’s Costliest Film Yet – Budget and Shoot Details

Well-known actress and producer Niharika Konidela, popularly dubbed the “Mega daughter,” is making headlines with multiple upcoming ventures. Her latest production, Raakaasaa, is scheduled for release in cinemas on April 3, 2026. The fantasy comedy features Sangeeth Sobhan and Nayan Sarika in the lead roles and is directed by Manasa Sharma.
In addition to Raakaasaa, Niharika revealed her next project in collaboration with her brother, Varun Tej. Titled Bhari, the film is being helmed by director Yadhu Vamsee, known for Committee Kurrollu. The project is being produced on a pan-Indian scale and is an intense sports drama centered around volleyball.
In a recent interview with Variety, Niharika shared details about Bhari, stating that the film will be made with a budget of Rs. 60 crore, making it her biggest project to date under her banner. She also confirmed that a Telugu heroine will feature in the film.
Production is expected to commence in June 2026, with further details to be announced soon. The film will feature music by Anudeep Dev and is produced under the banner of Pink Elephant Pictures.
